About

“We invite you to become part of our Vienna Armstrong family”

Senior Living has never felt so good.

Stop dreaming about worry-free living. At Tri-City Retirement Communities, we’ll take care of the details while you enjoy the warm sense of community we have created. So many of our residents have come to us saying “I wish I had done this sooner.” Why? Because life is better when it’s not lived alone. Instead, wake up to a community of people who care about you. Delight in a spacious apartment and a chef prepared meal. Choose to enjoy the simple pleasures of a walk with friends or coffee on the patio or Gazebo. Recover a lifelong interest. Let one of our 2 communities bring back a sense of fun and surprise into your life.

At Vienna Senior Living or Armstrong Senior Living, life changes from being alone and disconnected to developing close friendships with others and feeling at home in a community. Come enjoy this well-deserved time of quality living.

For over 10 years, the properties have been privately owned by the Billone Family. The Billones have surrounded themselves with a foundation of staff that is caring, dedicated, and professionals in all spectrums of senior living at its best!

The Communities are designed purposely to have a distinct look, feel and personality to blend in their local community. We believe that by thinking and acting locally, we help foster a lifestyle that’s healthier, more meaningful, and closer to home.

Most of the staff in both locations have been part of the Vienna Armstrong family for years and have created meaningful friendships with the residents & their loved ones.
